It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marcella E. Moffitt of Waterloo, Illinois, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Wallace Moffitt; her son David Moffitt; and her parents, Ernst Hesterberg and Wilhelmina Hesterberg. She is survived by : her daughter Connie Werkmann (Terry); her grandchildren, Sara Schmitz (Jared) and Dustin Werkmann; her great grandchildren, Brennan and Lyric Schmitz; and her siblings-in-law, Robert and Jane Moffitt. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
