It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia A. Smith of Waterloo, Illinois, born in Carlyle, Illinois, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Fred W. Smith; and her parents, James Wilkerson and Aletha Wilkerson. She is survived by : her children, Dee Williams, Peggy A. Meskil, Nona Sturdivant (Richard) and Wes Smith; and her siblings, Shirley Brown, Peggy Harter and Robert Wilkerson.
