He is survived by: his children, Linda Marie Polka (Ron) and David Allen Noelken (Caryl); his grandchildren, Carrie Ann Fann (Keith) and Michael John Noelken; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Marie Fann, Christina Elizabeth Fann, Gabriel Noelken and Finnigan Noelken.
