He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Josephine Lovett; and his siblings, Shirley Smith, Glinda Jakobsen, Larry Lovett, Ronnie and Donnie Lovett.
He is survived by: his parent Cornes Oboyd; his wife Beverly Harriss; his children, Carrie Lovett-McFalls (Robert) of DeKalb, Shannon Lovett (Kimberly) of DeKalb and Tracie Bushell (Mark) of Texas; his grandchildren, Madison Bartlett (Nina), Summer Kremnitzer (Blake), Katie Evans, Johnny Lovett, Jessica Lovett, Alexis Dinoffria (Jordan) and Andrew Anderson; his great grandchildren, Jax, Jay, Henley, Mason, Milliana, Adalynn and Paisley Bartlett; and his brother Charles Lovett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family to be established at a later date.
