He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lyman and Bessie Irene Milar (Dunn); and his wife Doris E. Milar. He is survived by: his daughter Jill Breymeyer Stiers (Jeff Simmons) of Woodland; his grandchildren, Jessica Godbold of Southport, Payton Stiers (Kennedy) of Abilene and Jacey Saltzman-Stiers (Sophia) of Wilmington; and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Kyler Ortiz, Ivey Carter, Alayna, Lane Stiers and Scotland Grace Saltzman-Stiers.
