She is survived by: her husband Marvin Blair of Watseka; her children, David Kellems (Theresa) of Watseka and Tracy Stewart (Andy) of Allenhurst, GA; her stepson Allen Blair of Watseka; and her siblings, Scott Peters of Endwell, NY and Renee Epplin of Litchfield, IL.. She is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two step grandchildren, five step great grandchildren.
