She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Hammende and Eva Hammende (Ducat); her spouse Francis F. Storm; and her brother Russell Hammende. She is survived by : her children, Linda Thompsen (Gordon) of Martinton, Larry Storm (Marla) of Monticello, IN, Gary Storm (Donna) of Watseka, Debra Tibbetts (Chuck) of Herscher and Jerry Storm (Nancy) of Crescent City; and her siblings, Justine Collins of Louisiana and Vernon Hammende (Donna) of Florida. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to United Methodist Church of Crescent City or Crescent Iroquois Fire Department.

“I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Frances & Elsie they were always so nice to me for all the years i worked for them on their farm. I have lived in Missouri since 1993 i did not know of their passing. so sorry for your loss Jerry Brown”
