He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth A. Hotler and Elizabeth M. Hotler (Rougher); his wife Latisha "Tish" Hotler of Watseka; his children, Mike Balding, Mark Balding, Chad Hotler, Terry Watts (Angie), Raymond Watts (Lisa), Amanda Horney (Mike), Kasi Johnson (Derek), Corey Measaw and Mathew Measaw; and his siblings, Kathy Shedrow and John Hotler. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
