He was predeceased by: his parents, Bunnie Collins and Edna Collins (Whipple); his brother-in-law Dale Oaks; and his great-niece Marylou Williamson. He is survived by: his siblings, Lolly Collins of Watson, Mary Lou Collins Bernarte of Watson, Marty Collins of Watson and Jeanette Oaks of Terre Haute; and his nieces and nephews, Crystal Williamson (Waylon) of Watson, Linda (Jason Swartz), Raquel Swartz, Monroe Williamson and Julie Williamson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pagel Funeral Home, 100 N Olive, St. Elmo, Illinois, 62458 to help offset funeral expenses.
