He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Edward Ashley and Donna Ashley (Daugherty); his son James Michael Ashley; his brother James E. Ashley; and his in-laws, Justice and Loleta Hutson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Hutson of Watson, Illinois; and his children, Glen Webb, Jr., Eric Webb of Effingham, Illinois, Justin Webb of Leitchfield, Kentucky, Amy Wininger (Brandon) of Charleston, Donna Ashley (Bruce Reeves) of Altamont and Juli Mietzner (Nathan) of Mason, Illinois. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pagel Funeral Home -Edgewood (704 Broad St, Edgewood, IL 62426). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Pagel Funeral Home (704 Broad St, Edgewood, IL 62426).
