She was predeceased by : her father Dwight Smith; and her grandparents, Clarence, Ruth Shadwell, Paul and Ruth Smith.

She is survived by : her mother Judy Smith (Shadwell); her boyfriend Chuck Larson; her children, Trey (Jess), Kylie and Carter; her grandchildren, Tinslee, Dax, Sophie and Mia; and her siblings, Greg Smith (Katrina), Jason Smith (Megan) and Sheena Everett (Derek). She is also survived by 8 nephews and 2 nieces.
