She was predeceased by : her parents, Eugene Petz and Ethel Petz. She is survived by : her husband Ken; her children, Eric Adkins (Jordan) and Tamra Zimay-Hernandez (Mauricio); her grandchildren, Ryan, Madisyn, Garrett, Brandon and Trent; and her brother Rick (Judy Petz).
