She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Sturgulewski Sr.; and her son Todd Anthony. She is survived by: her children, Debbie (Terry), Tom Jr. (Sue), Kirk (Jamie) and Derek (Laura); her grandson Bill; and her children, Tim, Scott, Mike, Lauren, Tyler, Lucas and Sadie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
