He was predeceased by: his father William Moore; his sister Kim Edwards; and his nephew Austin Voyles. He is survived by: his wife Terilyn; his daughters, Heidi Woodruff (JR) and Heather King; his grandchildren, Matthew King, Maryah, Jennie Woodruff and Madsion King; his brother Scott Moore (Cheryl); his sibling's children, Dalton Voyles, Richard Moore and Robin Evans; his great-niece Payton Mendenhall; and his pet Dozer.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kristan Funeral Home (219 W Maple Ave, Mundelein, IL 60060).
