He was predeceased by : his parents, Carroll Mills and Donna Mills; his brother Keith Mills; his father-in-law Donald Finlayson; and his grandson Grayson Kelly Vingan.
He is survived by : his wife Joy Mills (Finlayson); his daughters, Caley Vingan (George), Megan Mills and Shannon Mills; his grandsons, George Vingan V and Gage Vingan; his mother-in-law Edith Finlayson; his brother Kenneth Mills; and his sister-in-law Carol Mills. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
