She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sieber and Vivian Sieber (Hoy); her husband Don Stacy; her brother Michael Sieber; and her in-laws, Andrew, Delores Stacy, George and Terry Stacy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Reagan Signorelli and Dana Plunkett (Don); her grandchildren, Kelly Plunkett, Thome Signorelli, Vivianna Stacy and Kassidy Plunkett; and her great grandchild Lily Zink. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pat's memory to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
