He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Mitchell and Albert Mitchell; his daughter Patricia Jo Owen (Mitchell); and his granddaughter Molly Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Allyson Mitchell (Green); his children, Kimberly Strepka (Mike) and Steven Mitchell (Julie); his grandchildren, Joshua Fotsch, Krystal Crecelius (Curt), Benjamin Strepka (Ana), Sam Norbom, Patrick Strepka, Hunter Mitchell and Abigail Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Finley, Zoey Crecelius, Emersyn and Ryder Strepka.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kisselburg-Wauconda Funeral Home (235 N Main St, Wauconda, IL 60084). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
