He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo and Catherine (Chirolas). He is survived by: his wife Cecelia K Lelo; and his sister Bert Lelo.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Peterson & Patch Funeral Home (408 N Sheridan Rd, Waukegan, IL 60085).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Allen's honor to St. Demetrios Greek Church, 1400 O'Plaine Road, Libertyville, IL 60048.
