He is survived by: his wife Christine Smith; his children, Michael, Timothy Smith and Laura; his grandchildren, Allen Smith (Krista), Andrew, Nicole Ostrander, Anthony Smith (Josie) and Luke Smith (Elizabeth); and his great grandchildren, Ciara, Mariah, Anthony, Sofia, Allen, Luke Anthony, Polly, Luke Jacob, Priscilla, Bessie and Lottie.
