It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brandon Gross Sr. (Waukegan, Illinois), who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Douglas Gross; his grandparents, David McKinley Charles Sr., Theresa Charles, Joseph Gross Sr. and Ruth Gross; his uncles, Joseph Kevin Gross and David Mckinley Charles Jr.; his aunt Marie Denise Harris; and his cousins, Amanda and Natalie Barnes.

He is survived by : his sons, JaFrai Bradshaw of Chicago, IL and Brandon Gross Jr. of Zion, IL; his grandchildren, Aa'niyah Bradshaw, Ja'niyah Gross, Ja'mara Sanders, Ja'khari Jackson and Ja'Tori Jackson; his mother Charlene Gross of Waukegan, IL; his siblings, Irish, Tracie Gross-White of Zion, IL, Leslie Young of Zion, IL, Ameena Love of Zion, IL, Toyce Sprurille of Port Gibson, MS, Tamia Gross of Las Vegas, NV, Quadera Gross of Grayslake, IL, Charlene Mayfield of Atlanta, GA and Nameer Gross of Chicago, IL.; his aunt Elsie Charles of North Chicago, IL; his former life partner Dorothy Turner; and his close friends, Felicia Alexander and Angela Diaz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
