It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance E. Taylor of Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Goldie Hughes (Qualls) and Jessie Hughes. She is survived by : her husband Charles Taylor; her daughters, Trina Ellis (Michael) and Courtney Lloyd (Bryan); and her grandchildren, Torrence Smith II, Danielle Weatherford (Cameron), Kelly Lloyd and Stacie Lloyd. She is also survived by great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, relatives, and friends.

Connie was called home on November 14, 2023 due to complications from Alzheimer's disease.
