Holmes of Coal City; his stepparents, David Togliatti of Coal City and Karen Holmes of Wesley Chapel, FL.; his brother Scott Holmes (Marla) of Columbia, IL.; his stepbrothers, Chris Togliatti of Amsterdam, NL. and Kevin Togliatti (Alexis) of Mequon, WI.; and his nephews, Jonathan Holmes, Adam Weihl and Alec Togliatti. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
