Harvey of Winthrop Harbor, IL; the mother of his children Joanne Harvey of Grayslake, IL; his sisters, Susan Sams of Waukegan, IL and Betty Longo of Waukegan, IL; his daughters-in-law, Dawnmarie Harvey of Kenosha and Ashley Harvey of Zion, IL; his grandchildren, Rhiannon, Rylee, Regan, Jordan, Rachel and Ryan; and his namesake David. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
