It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debora Sue Sivia of Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on July 25, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Whitlow and Annetta Whitlow; her stepmother Helida Whitlow; and her siblings, Billy Risley and Betty Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Katina Carter (Tom Farr) and Jimmy Sivia (Jessica); her grandchildren, Alexus, Colin and Kimberly; her sister Tammy Esp (Steve); and her godson Adam Sivia Plus.
