He was predeceased by: his parents, Tell Ivy, Sr. and Lizzie Mae Ivy; his wife Nancy Ivy; his siblings, Jessie, Joe, Odell, Archie, Tell Jr., Christopher, Ruth, Sally, Alberta, Edie, Minnie Pearl and Julia Mae; his niece Veronica; his nephew Edward; and his great-nephews, Eric and Dar'Sha.
He is survived by: his sisters, Armorie Lee (Leon), Annie Bea Douglas and Evangelist Christine Gwyn (Thomas). He is also survived by his twelve nieces and six nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and a host of family and friends.
