He is survived by: his wife Donetta Marie Boddie of Waukegan, Illinois; his sisters, Shirley Jean Simpson of Chicago and Willa Mae Boddie of Chicago, Illinois; his mother-in-law Rose Smiley; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Tanner (Larry), Keuime Swift and Dominique McSwane. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many dear friends.
