Faith Moore Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2025, at the age of 72, Faith Moore (Waukegan, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Moore Sr. and Marjorie Moore; her brother Shelby Moore; her parents-in-law, Armandie Brown and Eldridge Brown Sr.; her brothers-in-law, James Brown and Eldridge Brown Jr.; and her nephew Ronnie Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Jay Brown; her children, Shalanda Rowe (Jerome), Andre Moore and Jay Moore (Mary); her stepchildren, Tannette Brown and Justin Slater; her siblings, Sherman Jr. Moore (Rosalind), David Moore (Yolonda), Paula DeGroat, Michelle Washington, Margie Moore and Yvette Gaines; and her sister-in-law Doris McGruder (Willie). She is also survived by Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Bradshaw & Range Funeral Home (2513 W Dugdale Rd, Waukegan, IL 60085).
