It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys A Rivera of Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on August 3, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Rivera and Amalia Rivera (Torres); and her nieces, Sandra and Migdalia. She is survived by: her children, Lillian Belmar, William Martinez Jr. (Maria), Joseph Martinez (Alina), Nitza Navarro (Edgardo) and Nancy Schilbe; her grandchildren, Melanie, Crystal, Joseph, Viviane, Lina, Brittany, William III, Anthony, Stephanie and Kegan; her great grandchildren, Roman, Elianna, Adriana, Dominique, William, Katalyna, Vivian, Lys, Naya and Alia; her sister Haydee Torres; and her sibling's children, Edgar, Iris and Carmelo.
