She is survived by: her children, Theodore "Ted" Montemayor (Chris) of Antioch, Paul Montemayor (Sylvia) of Waukegan, Lydia Montemayor of Waukegan, Concepcion "Chita" Alvarez (Armando) of Waukegan, Jose "Joe" Montemayor (Katie) of Waukegan and Juan Arturo "Johnny" Montemayor of Waukegan. She is also survived by 35 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, 1 sister and many nieces and nephews.
