Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tolar-Westgate Funerals & Cremations (616 Washington St, Waukegan, IL 60085). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
