James Stickler Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Stickler (Waukegan, Illinois), who passed away on September 10, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Stickler to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stickler and Evelyne Stickler. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his daughters, Jennifer Van Skyock (Chris), Jessica Grooms (Jason) and Julie Ways (Jay); his grandchildren, Alexia Van Skyock, Lillian Van Skyock, Chloe Van Skyock, Allie Curry, Luke Curry, Ella Curry, Brayden Ways and Ryder Ways; and his siblings, Robert Stickler Jr., Michael Stickler, Lawrence Stickler (Therese) and Sally Myers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (15000 W Wadsworth Rd, Wadsworth, IL 60083).
