Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jessica leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her mother Jacqueline Williams; and her brother Jacob Williams. She is survived by: her father Edward Williams; her children, Elliana Williams and Devontae Williams Jr.; her siblings, Jordan Williams of Antioch, IL and Jaimee Williams of Kenosha, WI.; her aunts, Tina Hupp of Racine, WI and Remone Rodriguez of Zion, IL; her uncle Carl Foster Jr. of Zion, IL; and her close friend Devontae Williams Sr.. She is also survived by niece, a nephew, and a host of cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tolar-Westgate Funerals & Cremations (616 Washington St, Waukegan, IL 60085).
