He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bernard and Rose Marie Wlodarczyk. He is survived by: his parent Debra Todd (Hank Jackson); his daughters, Teresa and Ava; his wife Cynthia; and his sister Jessica. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and friends.
