He was predeceased by: his father Ed Bala; and his daughter Katie Allison Bala. He is survived by: his mother Betty Bala; his children, Michael Bala (Cecilia), Breanna Bala and Melanie Hunter (Taylor); his grandchildren, Elijah and Luna Bala; and his sisters, Diane Schranz (Paul) and Micky Day (Dick). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
