He is survived by: his daughter Kimberlee Ruiz; and his siblings, Yolanda Balitchik (John), Al Ruiz (Diane), Rosalinda Reyes (Doroto), Rene Ruiz (Olga), Santiago Ruiz and Art Ruiz (Jan).
