It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Wininger of Waukegan, Illinois, born in Petersburg, Indiana, who passed away on May 25, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fulcher and Lorena Fulcher (Foster); and her sisters, Mary Falls and Dorothy Powers. She is survived by: her husband Leroy Wininger; her children, Debra Rene Cartwright, Kent Leroy Wininger and Terry Steven Wininger; her grandchildren, Kenneth Roger Iles Jr. (Mary), Brian Steven Wininger, Evan Michael Cartwright and Ashley Ann Range; her great grandchildren, Roger Iles, Rosemary Iles, Angel Solis, Aurora Iles, Lillian Wininger, Maddie Wininger, Vlad Solis and Bella Solis; and her siblings, Frank Fulcher (Sandy) and Carolyn Hensley (Amos).

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with current State of Illinois Bridge Phase regulations, all guests who are not fully vaccinated will be required to wear a face mask while in the funeral home.
