He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Mieure and Alberta Mieure; his in-laws, John and Patricia Welsch; and his nephew Brian Weeks.

He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Jason Mieure (Tori) and Tiffany Alvarado (Jerry); his grandchildren, Daniel, Jordan, Maisy, Millie and Milo; his sisters-in-law, Connie Weeks (Kevin), Debbie Ringler (Jim) and Dianne Welsch (Janie Ross); his sibling's children, Justin Weeks (Wendie), Melissa Flores (Nick) and Mike Ringler (Christina); his great-nephews, Lucas Ringler, Ross Chamberlain (Carlei) and Ezra; his great-niece Ellie; Kevin (Leslie) and Keith Beckett.
