He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd "Sam" Small and Phyllis Small; and his siblings, Mary Small and James Small. He is survived by : his significant other Liz Heraver; his stepdaughter Nicole Astabraghpour (Dennis); his brother Brad Small of Waukegan; and his granddaughter Bella Sinsun.
