He was predeceased by: his parents, Maytha Bullocks and William Sr.; his stepfather Albert Bullocks Sr.; and his siblings, Wilma Griffin Bullocks, Alvire Bullocks Warner, Vernon C Bullocks and Joe Lewis Bullocks.

He is survived by: his wife Gannice Davis-Mack; and his children, Arthur Johnson, Tinisha Mack, William Mack Ashley Mack, Chekita Wright Travis Davis (Charles), Carnell Davis and Calvin Hearton (Dominique). He is also survived by his close friends, and a host of grandchildren nieces and nephews.
