Spradlin and Mabel Lindsey Spradlin; his former wife Norma Cummings; his wife Vicky Welch DeLong; his son Ted Spradlin of Loami; his stepchildren, Kathy Reynolds (David) of Springfield and Greg DeLong (Margaret) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Michael Spradlin of Helana, Kaden Spradlin of Loami and Schylar Spradlin of Loami; his great grandchildren, Jace and Myles; his brother Kenneth Spradlin of Vacaville, California; and his son Thomas Spradlin, Jr..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Neece Funeral Home (349 E Tanner St, Waverly, IL 62692). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
