He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Obert, Sr. and Margaret Hamilton Cole; his sister Wanda Keller; and his brothers-in-law, Versil Withrow and Darrell Highsmith.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Withrow Cole; his sons, Brian Frank Cole (Bruna Figueiredo) of Washington, DC and Kevin Lester Cole of Sims; and his siblings-in-law, Verona Highsmith of Dallas, TX and Elmore Withrow (Lucinda) of Sims. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
