She was predeceased by: her parents, Eual Flannigan and Bonnie Flannigan (Duncan); her husband Larry Cecil Smith; and her brother Ronald Flannigan. She is survived by: her daughters, Sondra Holleman of Wayne City and Kellie Brashear (Brett) of Iuka, IL; her grandchildren, Cory Holleman (Emmalee), Chelsea Greene (Ryan), Jessica Canon, Clinton Brashear (Emily) and Cassie Nattier (Jamie); and her brother Don Flannigan of Mt. Vernon, IL. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted at the service or may be mailed to Young Funeral Home in Wayne City.
