We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2024, at the age of 73, Patrick Jage of Wayne, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patrick Jage to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Jage and Dorothy Jage; and his sister Collette. He is survived by : his wife Colleen Jage; his sons, Sam Jage and David Larson (Yuliya); his grandchildren, Mia and John Paul; and his sisters, Elaine and Donna. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made to the American Kidney Fund, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852.
