He was predeceased by: his parents, William McStoots and Essie McStoots (Cook); his wife Karen Sue Dean; his son Glen Ray Sutton; and his brothers, Paul, Earnest, Thomas, Thurman and Eugene.
He is survived by: his children, Jason McStoots (Cassey) of Mendota, Cindy Schultz (Brian) of Mendota, Teresa Lobbins of Oglesby and Dawn Sutton of St. Marys, IA.; his grandchildren, Adam Schultz (Brittany Hirsch), Evan Schultz, Sarah Kinlund, Megan Rutherford, Lane Believeau, Matthew Holt, Troy Holt and Baylee Medlock; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Lainey, Adler, Ledger, Carver, Audree, Troy, Emma, Paislee, Erin and Kristen; and his brothers, Shelby McStoots (Janice), Earley McStoots (Sharon) and Henry McStoots (Pat) of Louisiana.
