She was predeceased by: her father Salvador Carmona Rangel. She is survived by: her sons, Alberto Perez (Itzel) and Daniel Perez (Ricarda); her grandson Julian; her husband Alberto Perez Diaz; and her grandchildren, Estrella and Guadalupe Perez. She is also survived by sisters, brothers, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Norris-Segert Funeral Home and Cremation Services (132 Fremont St, West Chicago, IL 60185). A Mass was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (164 N Oakwood Ave, West Chicago, IL 60185).
