He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Lopez and Isabella Lopez. He is survived by: his spouse Marion; his children, Jackie Rodriguez (Robert), Dwayne J. Lopez (Margaret) and Kevin Lopez (Shannon); his grandchildren, Chrissa (Markeem), Ciera, Jocelyn, Xavier, Elliana, Aria, Isaac and Isabella; his siblings, Joanne, Cary, Sam, Gary, Sal, Faye, Nita and Alice; and his mother-in-law Arlene Bevans.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Jack's family.
