He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert (Jack) and Izola Roller (Babe); and his siblings, Barb, Kathy and Dave.
He is survived by: his significant other Joan Katherine Roller (Vogel); his children, Amy McKeown (Jerry), Sara Gruenewald (Tadd), Rebecca O'Keefe (Joshua Safford), Jeremy Roller (Julie Kortum), Peter Roller (Amanda) and Jonathan Roller (Amber); his grandchildren, Jenna, Maya, Jeremy, Morgan, Turner, Connor, Ethan, Abigail, Audrey, Christina, Jae, Jada, Jonathan, Elijah, Jack, Sofia, Jinora and Josiah; his great grandchildren, Baylie, Anthony and Miles; and his siblings, Jack, Bill and Rose. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church (1500 Brookdale Rd, Naperville, IL 60563). A Mass will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Jim requested donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at Online. Donations - St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org).
