She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick and Celia Mae Bogott (Dunbar); her husband Clarence Jay "Merk" Kyger; and her father-in-law Clarence Kyger (Merk). She is survived by: her daughters, Faye, Kathy Mell (Robert "Denny"), Kary Vitali (Mark) and Kelly Dawson (Reed); and her friend Anne K. Ream. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Faye's honor can be made to New Hope United Methodist Church, 643 E. Washington Street, West Chicago, Illinois.
