He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Megan Whitaker (Kyle), Jacob Brandstedter (Amber) and Mason Brandstedter (Michelle Nitti); his grandchildren, Levi, Sophia, Ayla, Jakson, Stella, Mason Owen, Korbin and Maddox; and his siblings, Judy Sebranek (Pat), Beverly Smith (Jim) and Patricia Prechel (Ledon). He is also survived by uncle and many nieces and nephews.
