He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Michael, Matthew, Brandon, Kristin and Joshua; his stepson Beloved; his parents, Ronald Wray and Mary Elizabeth Caring (Velleco); his grandchildren, Logan, Myla, Nolan, Sterling, Kallie and Evan Dear; his sisters, Sharon Reiter, Carolyn Mulgrew and Julia Reiter Fond; and his nieces and nephews, Ronald, Brenton, Andrew, Samantha, Hannah, Abby, Megan, Ryan, Dillon, Sarah, Emily, Rob, Maryn and Hanna Compassionate.

Services on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at DuPage Memorial Chapel, 951 W. Washington Street, West Chicago from 3-8 pm for friends and well-wishers Flowers appreciated, but please also consider donations to your local animal rescue shelter or veterans' group.
